Working remotely and its challenges
Remote work may be more common than it used to be according to Mckinsey, of job holders in the United States, 58 percent - The equivalent of 92 million people: 35% of them can work from home full-time, and 23% can do so part-time.
And according to BBC, fifty of the biggest UK employers have said they have no plans to return all staff to the office full-time in the near future. But not all roses so we decided to bring few common remote-work possible problems and how to avoid them: • Time management: Ensure you don't lose yourself with daily distractions (laundry, Cooking, children, etc.) Find a good spot where you can focus, follow your work schedule and use tools like a time tracker to help you stick with it. • Workaholic Mindset - Knowing when to work and to be productive is tremendous but knowing when to stop working is just as important. Unplugging is self-care. Practice it. • Tech Issues: Dealing with tech problems at home can be more stressful once you’re the one who becomes responsible for having it all set and working well.
